Enjoy the opportunity to interact with our skilled team while absorbing the techniques used to create our Hawaiian- and Asian-fused flavors. This month we will learn some simple techniques needed to make the perfect roll and the art of cooking sushi rice. Price includes a bamboo sushi rolling mat for you to take home! Waina Hui is our monthly gathering of friends to share good times, great wines from around the world, and Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion cuisine. This month you'll learn all about the perfect pairing for your Thanksgiving dinner. Special guest, Sheryl Morrell of the Republic National Distribution Company will be joining us & answering any questions we have!
