The Flavors of Roy's
- Join our Waina Hui
Wednesday, November 18th / 6:00pm-7:00pm
Waina Hui (wine club) is our monthly gathering of friends to sample wines from around the world and to share in the enticing flavors of Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion cuisine.
The sun might not be shining as bright over Chicago as it is in Sydney and Queenstown, as they approach their summer months and we our winter’s, so we will shine a spotlight on a sunny New Zealand wine and three Australian selections for this month’s Wine Club tasting. Please join us as we taste a dazzling Sauvignon Blanc grown from the, now famous, Marlborough region, a complex, yet light white blend from Barossa, a spicy, earthy Shiraz from Mount Barker and a fruit forward, explosive Pinot Noir from Victoria all paired with delicious, light hors d’oeuvres.
