First introduced to Roy's as child dining in Hawaii, Chef Bart Yunker has long had a passion for great cuisine, and he has designed tonight's menu with an exciting array of culinary dishes from the finest ingredients available. While completing his studies at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Chef Yunker found his way back to the Roy's Ohana in 2006, joining our San Francisco team. His extraordinary talent and passion have since earned him the Chef Partner position in Roy's Woodland Hills.
