Inspired by a family raised in the kitchen and love for the art of cooking, Chef Eric Delano has designed tonight's menu with an exciting array of culinary dishes from the finest ingredients available. A New Hampshire native, schooled at Thompson School of Culinary Arts, Chef Delano's culinary career began when he was just 11 years old. After sharing his creative talents with diners throughout New England, he now inspires the ohana at Roy’s Naples.
