Inspired by his Grandmother and flavors of a southern heritage, Local Chef Partner Mac Lynch has designed tonight's menu with the both the freshest and finest products available. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Mac has been with the Roy's family since 2005. Along with Sous Chefs Mark Baize and Damon Burch, they have written a menu that will delight all the senses as well as your appetite!
