We have a Food Network Sweet Genius winner taking the helm at Roy's Sarasota! Over his 20+ year career, Carl traveled the country from east to west and back again, working as Pastry Chef for such chefs as Charlie Trotter, Michel Richard, and Gordon Ramsay. His accolades include James Beard Semi-Finalist for Best Young Chef, Star Chef's Rising Star Pastry Chefs (NYC and Los Angeles). He most recently returned from living in Singapore, where he learned the standards and practices of Asian cuisine.
