Chef Ryan Leto offers a unique selection of seasonal items prepared according to the freshest produce available at the time. At 13, Ryan began his career in family owned restaurants and discovered his lifelong culinary passion. Ryan began his journey with Roy's in 2000 and has shared time as a Sous Chef, Corporate Trainer, and Chef Partner through several locations around the country. A native of Tampa, Ryan is happy to be back in Florida.
