Inspired by a family raised in the kitchen and love for the French and Asian technique, Chef Kevin Dusinski has designed tonight's menu from the finest ingredients available. Schooled at Le Cordon Blue in Chicago and from years of mentorship by Roy Yamaguchi, Chef Dusinski has presided over the kitchens of Roy's Chicago for the past two years. |
