Management Positions


Our management positions include those of Managing Partner, Chef Partner, Sous Chef, Group Sales Manager and Front of House Manager. Please read below for a short description of each of these rewarding positions, as well as a brief summary of the competitive benefit package that is available.

Managing Partner & Chef Partners


Designed by the spirit of sharing, Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine provides a unique ownership proposition in our company. As a co-owner of Roy’s, Managing and Chef Partners enter into a five year partnership that rewards your personal, business and financial achievements.

All Roy’s Managing and Chef Partners are outstanding leaders with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. And as such, our Managers and Chefs should be well versed in all aspects of our business with an exceptional track record in people management.

Sous Chef


At Roy’s, the position of Sous Chef is an exciting culinary participant in designing the menus and flavor profiles to support the Roy’s dedication to world class cuisine. In addition the Sous Chef will support the management of the entire kitchen team, working simultaneously with the Chef Partner. The Sous Chef role is a mid-level management position that will prepare you for a Chef Partner career.

Group Sales Manager


The Group Sales Manager position plays an integral role in the growth and development of the Roy’s business plans. This position is suited for a highly motivated, exceptionally organized, professional individual with an affinity for inside and outside sales.

Front of House Manager


All Roy’s Management Positions are outstanding leaders with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. And as such, our Front of the House Managers should be well versed in all aspects of our business with an exceptional track record in people management.

Schedule


We are open 7 days a week and, with a few exceptions, only open for dinner. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas to give our members an opportunity to spend time with friends and family. Ohana members must be flexible to work evenings and weekends. All management positions are full-time opportunities.
