Making others happy makes me the happiest.
What/Who inspired you to become a chef?
My main inspirations were all who doubted that I would become a chef. I encountered a lot of people in my career who doubted I would accomplish my goals and that is what ultimately inspired me to reach for them even more.
Do you have a favorite ingredient or any culinary secrets to share?
I really believe that the most important ingredient when making anything is love. Making your food with love and care can really make all the difference.
What type of music do you like to listen to in the kitchen?
It depends on the mood I’m in but usually something that makes you want to dance
What's your favorite food?
I’m a big fan of eating ingredients in its simplest form, whether it be salmon with only salt and pepper or any sort of raw vegetable.
What defines a memorable meal for you?
Proper seasoning and execution.
What inspires you in your daily life?
I’m inspired daily to be the best version of myself, regardless of what it is I’m doing. I’m inspired to be the best friend i can be, the best daughter, the best chef, the best leader and just the best me

How do you spend your days off?
Usually just relax and sleep. I like to read a lot and pursue and study various different subjects.
